Yum China reports significant decrease in issued shares for September

Yum China Holdings, Inc. reported a decrease of 4,207,698 in its total number of issued ordinary shares for the month ended September 30, 2025. This brings the total number of issued shares to 363,937,570, down from 368,145,268 at the close of the preceding month. The movement includes a reduction of 4,261,878 shares due to repurchases and cancellations.

The company also disclosed 54,180 new ordinary shares issued under a share award scheme during the month. As of the end of September 2025, 3,301,059 shares remain available to be issued or transferred out of treasury under this scheme. Additionally, 295,170 shares were repurchased for cancellation but not yet cancelled.

The authorized/registered share capital for ordinary shares remains at 1,000,000,000 $ with a par value of 0.01 $, totaling 10,000,000 $. For preference shares, the authorized/registered capital is 100,000,000 $ with a par value of 0.01 $, amounting to 1,000,000 $. The total authorized/registered share capital at month-end is 11,000,000 $.
