Yidu Tech reports share capital, treasury holdings increased in September

Yidu Tech Inc. reported an unchanged authorized share capital of $50,000, consisting of 2.5 bn ordinary shares with a par value of $0.00002. The total number of issued shares increased to 1,070,628,181 from 1,067,446,849, while treasury shares rose to 3,579,100 from 2,891,100.

The increase in issued shares was primarily driven by the exercise of share options, with 77,825 new ordinary shares issued under various schemes. Total funds raised from the exercise of options during the month amounted to HK$165,209. Additionally, 3,103,507 new ordinary shares were issued under the Amended Post-IPO Share Award Scheme, approved on September 28, 2023.

The company also repurchased shares during the month, contributing to the increase in treasury shares. Repurchases included 353,000 shares at HK$5.65 and 335,000 shares at HK$5.74, all on September 26 and 29, 2025, respectively.
