Prudential's issued share capital falls following repurchases

Prudential plc's monthly return for September 2025 indicates a decrease in its total issued ordinary shares. As of September 30, 2025, an additional 581,496 repurchased shares from late September were pending cancellation. Prudential plc does not have an authorised share capital.

Share option schemes, including the Sharesave Plan 2023, ISSOSNE, Agency LTIP, and PLTIP 2023, saw minor adjustments. For example, the Sharesave 2023 had 957 options lapse, while the ISSOSNE saw 6,289 options lapse. No new shares were issued from the exercise of options during the month.
