Kingsoft reports unchanged share capital in September

Kingsoft Corporation Limited reported no changes to its total number of issued shares for September 2025, maintaining 1,400,425,790 ordinary shares. The company's authorized share capital also remained constant at 2,400,000,000 ordinary shares with a par value of $0.0005, totaling $1,200,000.

Under its Share Option Schemes, 2,529,800 options with an exercise price of HK$20.25 and 5,500,000 options with an exercise price of HK$31.69 remained outstanding. No new shares were issued from these options during the month. Additionally, the company granted 26,000 awarded shares in March 2022 and 69,300 awarded shares in March 2023 under its Share Award Scheme. Of the 69,300 awarded shares granted in March 2023, 63,700 were eventually granted, with the remainder attributed to an employee ceasing to be a Selected Employee.

The company also reported a repurchase of 2,458,600 shares for cancellation, which had not yet been cancelled as of the reporting date. Despite these activities, there was no overall increase or decrease in issued shares (excluding treasury shares) or treasury shares during September 2025.
