Hua Hong Semiconductor sees shares jump after option exercises

Hua Hong Semiconductor Limited reported an increase in its issued ordinary shares by 1,834,733 for the month ended September 30, 2025. This rise is primarily due to the exercise of share options from a scheme adopted on September 1, 2015. The total number of issued ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares) now stands at 1,327,704,403. The exercise of these options generated total funds of HK$28,597,766.21 for the company during the month.

Following these movements, the number of share options outstanding under the scheme at the close of the month is 2,347,464. The total number of shares that may be issued upon the exercise of all outstanding share options from this scheme is 93,944,356. The company also confirmed that all necessary conditions and legal requirements related to these movements have been fulfilled.
