Blue Moon Group reports stable share capital, minimal option activity in September

Blue Moon Group Holdings Limited reported no changes in its authorized or issued share capital for the month ended September 30, 2025. The company's authorized share capital remained at HK$100,000,000, comprising 10,000,000,000 ordinary shares with a par value of HK$0.01 per share.

The total number of issued shares also held steady at 5,864,091,256 ordinary shares during the reporting period. No new shares were issued from the exercise of share options, nor were any treasury shares transferred out.

However, the company's Pre-IPO Share Option Scheme (dated September 23, 2020) saw a minor adjustment, with 37,000 options lapsing. This reduced the number of outstanding options from 43,109,788 to 43,072,788 at the close of the month, indicating minimal activity in the company's equity movements for September.
