Ping An Healthcare announces leadership changes effective October 2025

Mr. Dou Li will resign as chairman of the board, executive director, and chief executive officer of Ping An Healthcare and Technology Company Limited, effective October 7, 2025, due to personal work arrangements. His resignation also means he will cease to be a member of the sustainable development committee and an authorized representative. The board expressed gratitude for his contributions during his tenure.

In a corresponding move, Mr. Michael Guo, currently a non-executive director, will assume the role of chairman of the board, effective October 7, 2025. Mr. Guo has been with the company since March 2024 and has held various leadership positions within Ping An Group and its subsidiaries since 2019.

Additionally, Mr. Mingke He has been appointed as the chief executive officer, an executive director, a member of the sustainable development committee of the board, and the authorized representative, also effective October 7, 2025. Mr. He brings extensive experience from senior management roles in finance, internet, and healthcare sectors.
