Zhaoke Ophthalmology's issued shares increase after option exercises

Zhaoke Ophthalmology Limited reported an increase in its issued share capital for the month ended September 30, 2025. The company's total number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) rose by 186,500 to 547,955,012 from the previous month's 547,768,512.

The increase in issued shares stemmed from the exercise of share options under its Post-IPO Share Option Scheme, adopted on April 1, 2021. Specifically, 96,000 new shares were issued from options granted on December 15, 2022, and an additional 90,500 new shares from options granted on July 3, 2024. Furthermore, 8,000,000 new options were granted on September 8, 2025, under the same scheme.

Total funds raised from the exercise of these options during the month amounted to HK$439,660. The company confirmed that all necessary conditions and regulatory requirements related to these movements have been fulfilled.
