Zai Lab Limited reported no changes to its authorized share capital for the month ended September 30, 2025, maintaining 5,000,000,000 ordinary shares with a par value of $0.000006, totaling $30,000 in authorized share capital. The total number of issued shares remained at 1,117,628,030, with zero treasury shares. As of the end of the month, 391,530,890 ordinary shares were held as American Depositary Shares.
