Shandong International Trust delays circular for fund transfer agreements

Shandong International Trust Co., Ltd. announced a delay in the despatch of its circular related to the Parent Fund Transfer Agreement and the Wanhe Fund Transfer Agreement with Lucion Venture Capital and Shandong High-Tech. The original announcement for these agreements was made on 12 September 2025.

The circular, initially expected to be sent to shareholders on or before 6 October 2025, will now be postponed to around 17 October 2025. This delay is attributed to the need for additional time to prepare and finalize the contents of the circular, as well as the letter from the independent board committee to the independent shareholders.

The circular is set to contain comprehensive details regarding the transfers of fund interests and the transfer agreements, letters from both the independent board committee and Lego Corporate Finance, and other information mandated by the listing rules. The company's board will oversee these disclosures.
