Karrie International's issued shares increase as options are exercised

Karrie International Holdings Limited reported an increase in its total issued shares, reaching 2,021,809,200 as of September 30, 2025. This marks a rise from the previous month's total of 2,021,459,200 shares. The company's authorised/registered share capital remained stable at HK$400,000,000, with 4,000,000,000 ordinary shares at a par value of HK$0.1 each.

The increase in issued shares was primarily driven by the exercise of share options. During September, 350,000 new ordinary shares were issued from exercised share options under the 2012 scheme. This specific exercise generated total funds of HK$245,000 for the month. The number of treasury shares held by the company remained at 346,000, with no movements during the period.

The outstanding share options under the 2012 scheme, excluding those granted in 2023, now total 800,000 at an exercise price of HK$0.70. Additionally, 73,380,000 share options were granted under the 2023 scheme with an exercise price of HK$1.17.
