Goodbaby International's issued share capital grows with option exercises

Goodbaby International Holdings Limited reported an increase in its total number of issued shares, rising to 1,670,394,166 shares as of September 30, 2025, up from 1,669,125,666 shares at the close of the preceding month. This increment of 1,268,500 shares resulted from the exercise of various share options. The company's authorised/registered share capital remained unchanged at 50,000,000,000 ordinary shares with a par value of HK$0.01, totalling HK$500,000,000.

Several share option schemes contributed to the movement, including exercises under the May 25, 2020 AGM approval. Notably, 262,000 new shares were issued from options exercised at HK$0.96, and 46,500 new shares were issued from options exercised at HK$1.01. Additionally, 960,000 new shares were issued from options exercised at HK$0.485.

The total funds raised during the month from the exercise of options amounted to HK$764,085. The share option schemes also saw 60,000 options at HK$1.01 and 400,000 options at HK$0.485 lapse during the period.
