Bosideng international increases share capital by 5.9m shares

Bosideng International Holdings Limited reported an increase of 5,924,000 ordinary shares in its issued share capital during September 2025, bringing the total number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) to 11,582,774,473. The total authorized/registered share capital remains at 20,000,000,000 ordinary shares with a par value of $0.00001, amounting to $200,000.

The increase in issued shares primarily resulted from the exercise of share options under the company's 2017 Scheme. Specifically, 330,000 shares were issued from the exercise of options with an exercise price of HK$1.07, and 5,594,000 shares from options with an exercise price of HK$3.24. Total funds raised during the month from the exercise of options amounted to HK$18,477,660.

As of September 30, 2025, the company has 447,223,999 outstanding share options across its 2017 and 2024 Schemes, with various vesting schedules extending through January 2029.
