VPower Group reports stable share capital for September

VPower Group International Holdings Limited submitted its monthly return for September 2025, showing no changes in its authorized or issued share capital. The company’s total authorized share capital remains at HK$1,000,000,000, comprising 10,000,000,000 ordinary shares each with a par value of HK$0.1.

The number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) also held steady at 6,683,150,524. No new shares were issued, and no treasury shares were transferred during the month.

Furthermore, there were no movements in share options. The company’s Share Option Scheme, adopted on October 24, 2016, had zero outstanding options at the close of the preceding month, and no new options were issued or transferred. The total number of shares that may be issued upon exercise of all share options under the scheme remains at 252,085,000.
