Sunevision Holdings sees issued share capital rise after option exercises

Sunevision Holdings Ltd. reported an increase of 80,000 ordinary shares in its issued share capital for the month ended September 30, 2025. This brings the total number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) to 2,360,639,333. The company’s total authorised/registered share capital remains at 10,000,000,000 shares with a par value of HK$0.1 per share, amounting to HK$1,000,000,000.

The increase stems from the exercise of share options under the company's Share Option Scheme. Specifically, 40,000 shares were exercised with an exercise price of HK$4.514, and another 40,000 shares were exercised at HK$4.32.

Total funds raised from the exercise of options during the month amounted to HK$353,360. As of the end of September 2025, there was no change in the number of treasury shares held by the company.
