Golden Solar reports unchanged share capital in September

Golden Solar New Energy Technology Holdings Limited submitted its monthly return for September 2025, revealing no changes to its authorized or issued share capital during the month. The company's total authorized/registered share capital remained at $50,000,000, comprising 5,000,000,000 ordinary shares with a par value of $0.01 each.

The total number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) also held steady at 1,813,269,608. There were no new shares issued or treasury shares transferred during September, and no funds were raised from the exercise of options in the month.
