China Shengmu Organic Milk announces board and committee changes

Mr. Zhao Jiejun has resigned as a non-executive director and a member of the Strategic and Sustainability Committee due to personal health reasons. The Board expressed gratitude for his contributions.

Concurrently, Mr. Bai Fengming has been appointed as a non-executive director and a member of the Strategic and Sustainability Committee, effective October 6, 2025. Mr. Bai, 48, holds a postgraduate degree in business administration and serves as general manager of the sales management center for Mengniu Group's room-temperature products business unit. He has 25 years of experience in dairy sales management.

Following these changes, the Board now comprises one executive director, five non-executive directors, and three independent non-executive directors. Mr. Bai will serve a three-year term, subject to re-election, and will not receive remuneration for his non-executive director position.
