China Mengniu Dairy's share capital stable in September

China Mengniu Dairy Company Limited submitted its monthly return for September 2025, indicating no changes to its issued share capital during the period. The total number of issued ordinary shares remained at 3,903,768,513 as of September 30, 2025, consistent with the balance at the close of the preceding month. The company's authorized share capital also remained unchanged at HK$600,000,000, comprising 6,000,000,000 ordinary shares with a par value of HK$0.1 each.

The report highlights no new shares issued from the exercise of share options during September. The Share Option Plan showed 14,434,575 options outstanding at month-end, with no new shares involved in exercises, lapsed, or cancelled options.
