Bradaverse Education: Share capital stable in September 2025

Bradaverse Education (Int'l) Investments Group Limited submitted its monthly return for the period ended September 30, 2025, showing no changes in its authorized or issued share capital. The total authorized/registered share capital remained at HK$300,000,000, comprising 6,000,000,000 ordinary shares with a par value of HK$0.05 each.

The number of issued ordinary shares also held steady at 608,046,880. No new shares were issued, and no treasury shares were transferred during the month. The company’s 2023 Share Option Scheme, approved on December 21, 2023, currently has no outstanding options, with a maximum of 60,223,888 shares available for future issuance under the scheme.

The report confirms that all regulatory and listing requirements have been met, and no warrants, convertibles, or other agreements to issue shares were applicable for the reporting period.
