Wison Engineering reports unchanged share capital in september

Wison Engineering Services Co. Ltd. (HKEX: 2236) submitted its monthly return for September 2025, showing no changes in its authorised or issued share capital during the month. The company's authorised/registered share capital remains at HK$2,000,000,000, comprising 20,000,000,000 ordinary shares with a par value of HK$0.1 each. The total number of issued ordinary shares also held steady at 4,073,767,800.

The report indicated that there were no new shares issued during the month pursuant to any share option schemes or other agreements. The number of share options outstanding as at September 30, 2025, remains 67,760,000 under the scheme adopted on December 20, 2022, with options granted on April 2, 2025, at an exercise price of HK$0.301.

No funds were raised from the exercise of share options during September 2025. The total number of shares that may be issued upon exercise of all share options granted under the scheme is 339,616,780.
