Huadian Power reports no change in share capital for September

Huadian Power International Corporation Limited's monthly return for September 2025 shows no movements in its authorized/registered or issued share capital. The total authorized/registered share capital at month-end remains RMB10,227,561,133, comprising 1,717,233,600 H shares and 8,510,327,533 A shares, each with a par value of RMB1.

Similarly, the company's issued share capital for both H and A ordinary shares remained constant.
