AAC Technologies announces changes to its nomination committee

AAC Technologies Holdings Inc. announced changes to its nomination committee, effective October 1, 2025. Ms. Wu Ingrid Chun Yuan, a non-executive director, has been appointed as a member of the nomination committee. Concurrently, Mr. Kwok Lam Kwong Larry, an independent non-executive director, will cease to be a member. These adjustments align with amendments to the listing rules and corporate governance code, which take effect on July 1, 2025.

Following these changes, the nomination committee will comprise two independent non-executive directors, Mr. Zhang Hongjiang and Mr. Peng Zhiyuan, and one non-executive director, Ms. Wu Ingrid Chun Yuan. Mr. Zhang Hongjiang will chair the committee. As of the announcement date, the board includes executive directors Mr. Pan Benjamin Zhengmin (chief executive officer) and Mr. Mok Joe Kuen Richard (managing director), non-executive director Ms. Wu Ingrid Chun Yuan, and independent non-executive directors Mr. Zhang Hongjiang (chairman of the board), Mr. Kwok Lam Kwong Larry, and Mr. Peng Zhiyuan.

Mr. Zhang Hongjiang serves on audit and risk (M) and remuneration (M), chairing the nomination committee (C). Mr. Kwok Lam Kwong Larry chairs the audit and risk committee (C) and is a member of remuneration (M) and sustainability (M). Mr. Peng Zhiyuan is a member of audit and risk (M) and nomination (M), chairing remuneration (C) and serving on sustainability (M). Ms. Wu Ingrid Chun Yuan is a member of the nomination (M) and sustainability (M) committees. Mr. Mok Joe Kuen Richard is a member of the sustainability committee (C).
