iDreamSky details new share issuance and subscriber participation

iDreamSky Technology Holdings Limited announced additional details concerning the issue of new shares under its general mandate, following an announcement on September 29, 2025. The company confirmed that as of September 29, 2025 (after trading hours), six subscribers entered into a subscription agreement with the company.

Notably, strategic shareholders and the management of iDreamSky also participated in this subscription of new shares. This issuance is in relation to the previously announced issue of new shares to subscribers under the subscription agreement.

The announcement was made by order of the board, with Chen Xiangyu serving as chairman. The board currently comprises Mr. Chen Xiangyu, Mr. Guan Song, Mr. Yang Jialiang, Mr. Zhang Han, Mr. Yang Ming, Ms. Yu Bin, Mr. Li Xintian, Mr. Zhang Weining, and Mr. Mao Rui.
