Fosun Pharma to appoint new executive director as non-executive resigns

Shanghai Fosun Pharmaceutical (Group) Co., Ltd. announced that Wu Yifang will resign as a non-executive director, effective September 30, 2025, due to personal work reassignment. The company expressed gratitude for his contributions.

Concurrently, the board proposes to appoint Liu Yi as an executive director of the tenth session of the board. Liu, 50, currently serves as the company’s chief executive officer and president, having held senior leadership roles within the Group since joining in November 2015. His appointment is subject to shareholder approval at a general meeting.

Liu holds personal interests in 35,444 shares of the company, comprising 15,444 A shares and 20,000 H shares, representing approximately 0.001% of the total shares. He will not receive additional remuneration for his executive director role.
