China Reinsurance appoints new Hong Kong process agent

China Reinsurance (Group) Corporation (the "company") has announced a change in its agent for the acceptance of service of process in Hong Kong, effective September 26, 2025. Luo Yawei, the current process agent, will cease her role upon attaining the statutory retirement age. In her place, Zhou Jun has been appointed as the new process agent.

The appointment of Zhou Jun aligns with requirements under Rule 19A.13 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong). The official address for service of process on the company in Hong Kong will remain at Room 1618, Sun Hung Kai Centre, 30 Harbour Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

As of the announcement date, September 30, 2025, the company's executive directors include Zhuang Qianzhi and Zhu Xiaoyun. Non-executive directors are Yang Changsong, Jia Xiangxiang, and Zhou Zheng. The independent non-executive directors are Dai Deming, Ye Mei, and Keung Yui Fai. The announcement was made on behalf of the board by Liu Yuanzhang, assistant to president and joint company secretary.
