China Power International reports no change in issued shares

China Power International Development Limited (HKEX:2380) has filed its monthly return for September 2025, indicating no new movements in its issued shares or treasury shares for the month. The total number of issued ordinary shares remained unchanged at 12,370,150,983, with no increase or decrease reported. Similarly, the number of treasury shares held by the company remained at zero.

The report also detailed movements in share options under its incentive schemes. For the scheme with an exercise price of HK$4.82, 1,031,800 lapsed during the month, reducing outstanding options to 38,766,200. Under the scheme with an exercise price of HK$4.90, 810,700 options lapsed, leaving 10,539,100 outstanding. The total number of shares that may be issued upon exercise of all share options is 8,531,100 for each scheme.

No funds were raised during the month from the exercise of options. The company confirmed that all necessary legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to its securities have been met.
