CGN Power's share capital unchanged in september

CGN Power Co., Ltd. reported no changes in its authorized or registered share capital for the month ended September 30, 2025. The company's H shares maintained 11.16bn authorized or registered shares with a par value of 1 yuan, resulting in authorized or registered share capital of 11.16bn yuan. Similarly, its A shares remained at 39.33bn authorized or registered shares, each with a par value of 1 yuan, totaling 39.33bn yuan in authorized or registered share capital. The total authorized or registered share capital at the end of the month was 50.49bn yuan.

The company also confirmed that its issued share capital, for both H and A shares, remained unchanged. The number of issued H shares (excluding treasury shares) stood at 11.16bn, while issued A shares (excluding treasury shares) were 39.33bn. No movements in issued shares or treasury shares were reported during the month.

The report also noted that CGN Power's A share convertible corporate bonds, totaling 4.9bn yuan, were listed and traded on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on July 25, 2025, with a subscription or conversion price of 3.67 yuan.
