Ping An sets deadline for unclaimed dividends, schedules Q3 results board meeting

Ping An Insurance (Group) Company of China, Ltd. announced that several unclaimed dividends from 2017 and 2018 will be forfeited and revert to the company on October 31, 2025. These include the final dividend for 2017 of RMB1.00 per share, the 30th anniversary special dividend of RMB0.20 per share, and the interim dividend for 2018 of RMB0.62 per share. Shareholders entitled to these payments are advised to contact the company's registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, as soon as possible.

Separately, Ping An's board of directors will convene on Tuesday, October 28, 2025. The meeting's primary purpose is to consider and approve the Group's third-quarter results for the nine months ending September 30, 2025, and to transact any other business. Both announcements were made in Shenzhen, PRC, on September 25, 2025.
