China Minsheng Bank Hong Kong lists CNY1bn notes due 2028

China Minsheng Banking Corp., Ltd. Hong Kong Branch announced the listing of CNY1,000,000,000 1.95 per cent. Notes due 2028 on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. These notes are issued under the U.S.$5,000,000,000 Medium Term Note Programme. The listing, which targets professional investors, is expected to become effective on or about September 30, 2025.

The offering circular for the Programme is dated September 17, 2025, with a pricing supplement for the Notes dated September 22, 2025. The Joint Global Coordinators, Joint Bookrunners, and Joint Lead Managers for this listing include China Minsheng Banking Corp., Ltd. Hong Kong Branch, Standard Chartered Bank, China CITIC Bank International, Chiyu Banking Corporation Limited, and CMBC Capital.

The executive directors of the Bank as of the announcement date are Mr. Gao Yingxin, Mr. Wang Xiaoyong, and Mr. Zhang Juntong. Non-executive directors include Mr. Liu Yonghao and Mr. Shi Yuzhu, while independent non-executive directors include Mr. Qu Xinjiu and Ms. Wen Qiuju.
