Bank of Gansu announces new non-executive director Liu Jian

Bank of Gansu Co., Ltd. has released a supplemental announcement concerning the appointment of Mr. Liu Jian as a non-executive director. This disclosure follows the 2024 annual general meeting, the poll results announcement on June 27, 2025, and the announcement on director qualifications dated September 24, 2025. Mr. Liu Jian was elected to the fourth session of the board of directors.

The bank has provided additional information stating that Mr. Liu Jian previously served as a non-executive director of Jinchuan Group International Resources Co. Ltd (stock code: 2362) from December 31, 2019, to June 30, 2024. All other information in the circular and previous announcements remains unchanged, and this announcement supplements them.

As of September 29, 2025, the Board of Bank of Gansu comprises Mr. Liu Qing as an executive director; Mr. Zhang Bin, Mr. Zhang Junping, Mr. Liu Jian, Mr. Ye Rong, and Ms. Yang Chunmei as non-executive directors; and Mr. Liu Guanghua, Mr. Wang Lei, Mr. Hau Pak Sun, Mr. Li Zongyi, and Mr. Qiu Yongpan as independent non-executive directors.
