Guangzhou R&F Properties extends debt restructuring deadline to October 2025

Guangzhou R&F Properties Co., Ltd. has announced an extension to the accession deadline for its proposed restructuring of certain senior notes. These include the 6.5% Cash / 7.5% PIK Senior Notes due 2025, 2027, and 2028. The transaction companies have amended the accession deadline to 4:00 p.m. London time on October 10, 2025.

This extension aims to facilitate scheme creditors in considering the proposal and completing the accession process. The announcement refers to previous updates from 2024 and 2025 regarding the Easy Tactic Notes and the proposed restructuring of in-scope debt.

Holders of in-scope debt interested in acceding to the RSA are urged to review the RSA and submit a validly completed accession letter and electronic consent instruction via the transaction website prior to the new deadline. Holders who have already acceded do not need to take further action.
