Town Health records profit turnaround for first half of 2025

Town Health International Medical Group Limited announced a net profit of HK$35,593,000 for the six months ended June 30, 2025. This marks a turnaround from a net loss of HK$28,542,000 in the same period last year. Revenue for the period was HK$900,923,000, slightly down from HK$914,280,000 in 2024.

Profit attributable to owners of the company was HK$12,727,000, compared to a loss of HK$47,676,000 previously. The improvement was largely driven by a decrease in fair value losses on investment properties and no impairment losses recognized on interests in associates, alongside share of profits from associates.

The group’s current ratio remained stable at 3.19, with total net assets increasing to approximately HK$3,436,900,000. Bank borrowings significantly decreased to HK$11,436,000 from HK$80,683,000. Medical services in Hong Kong generated HK$377,546,000 in revenue, accounting for 41.91% of total revenue. The group did not recommend an interim dividend for the period.
