Moon Inc. shareholders overwhelmingly approve all resolutions at AGM

Moon Inc. announced the successful passing of all ordinary resolutions at its Annual General Meeting held on September 26, 2025. Resolutions 1 through 6, which included the adoption of financial statements, re-election of directors, re-appointment of the auditor, and general mandates for share repurchase and issuance, received 357,073,800 votes (99.95%) in favor and 190,000 votes (0.05%) against.

Resolutions 7 and 8, concerning the approval and adoption of the Share Award Scheme, also passed with significant support, garnering 117,986,680 votes (99.44%) in favor and 666,000 votes (0.56%) against. This indicates strong shareholder confidence in the company's proposals.

As of the AGM date, the total number of shares in issue was 475,000,000. Certain shareholders, including 210K Capital and Sora Valkyrie, were required to abstain from voting on resolutions related to the Share Award Scheme due to material interests. Despite this, all resolutions were duly passed as ordinary resolutions, with over 50% of votes cast in favor for each.
