Karrie International joins NVIDIA's approved vendor list for server components

Karrie International Holdings Limited announced its inclusion in NVIDIA Corporation's approved and recommended vendor lists for server chassis and rack components. The company is actively working to deliver additional prototypes to NVIDIA in the coming months, which will support NVIDIA's AI server platforms and data center deployments.

As of the announcement date, Karrie International has not entered into any contracts or purchase commitments with NVIDIA beyond its ordinary course of business. The company also noted there is no assurance that any pipeline opportunities will proceed to volume production. The board of directors confirmed the announcement was made in Hong Kong on September 26, 2025.
