China Resources Building Materials appoints new executive director

China Resources Building Materials Technology Holdings Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Li Baojun, 56, as an executive director effective September 26, 2025. Mr. Li, who holds a bachelor's degree in engineering and master's degrees in industrial engineering and business administration, will oversee mass work, organization, personnel, and administrative functions. He has been with China Resources Group since 2002, holding various leadership roles including chief strategy officer. His appointment is accompanied by a service contract with no fixed term, subject to re-election requirements.

Mr. Li beneficially holds 100,000 company shares, representing less than 0.01% of the issued capital. His remuneration will be determined by the board, considering recommendations from the remuneration and appraisal committee, his duties, and market conditions.

Following this change, the executive directors are Mr. Jing Shiqing (chairman), Mr. Xie Ji (chief executive officer), and Mr. Li Baojun. The board committee membership has also been updated to reflect Mr. Li's appointment and the ongoing roles of other directors across various committees including strategy and investment, nomination, remuneration and appraisal, audit, and risk and compliance.
