Xiaomi reports record revenue and profit in H1 2025

Xiaomi Corporation reported record-high revenue of RMB227.2 billion in the first half of 2025, a 38.2% year-over-year increase from RMB164.4 billion in H1 2024. Adjusted net profit also reached a record RMB21.5 billion, up 69.8% year-over-year. The smartphone × AIoT segment contributed RMB187.4 billion, an 18.6% increase, while the Smart EV, AI, and other new initiatives segment generated RMB39.8 billion.

Global smartphone shipments rose 1.8% to 84.2 million units, maintaining a top-3 global ranking with a 14.4% market share. IoT and lifestyle products revenue soared by 50.7% to RMB71.1 billion. Smart EV deliveries totaled 157,171 vehicles in H1 2025. The company invested RMB14.5 billion in research and development, a 35.8% increase, and its R&D personnel reached 22,641.

In June 2025, Xiaomi launched its first SUV, the Xiaomi YU7 Series, which received over 240,000 locked-in orders within 18 hours. Xiaomi's global MAU reached 731.2 million, an 8.2% year-over-year increase. The total number of connected IoT devices on its AIoT platform (excluding smartphones, tablets, and laptops) grew 20.3% to 989.1 million.
