Kimou environmental transitions to digital communications for shareholders

Kimou Environmental Holdings Limited announced the publication of its 2025 interim report, available in both English and Chinese on its website and the HKEXnews website. In line with updated listing rules, the company is shifting to electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications, effective December 31, 2023. Non-registered shareholders are encouraged to liaise with their intermediaries to provide email addresses for timely receipt of information.

The company will continue to send printed copies of "actionable corporate communications" to shareholders from whom a functional email address has not been received. Registered shareholders can opt to receive future communications in printed form by returning the enclosed reply form or emailing the company directly. This request for printed copies will be valid for one year.
