Huatai Securities guaranteed notes listed on Hong Kong exchange

Pioneer Reward Limited has announced the listing of $500,000,000 floating rate guaranteed notes due 2028 on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. These notes are issued under a $3,000,000,000 guaranteed medium term note programme and are unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Huatai Securities Co., Ltd.

The listing is for debt issues to professional investors only, with the offering circular dated September 10, 2025, and the pricing supplement dated September 18, 2025. The listing and permission to deal in the notes are expected to become effective on September 26, 2025.

Joint global coordinators, joint lead managers, and joint bookrunners for the offering include Huatai International, Bank of China, Bank of Communications, China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited, and ICBC, among others. The sole director of the issuer is Mr. Chung Chi Chuen Ryan.
