CSSC (Hong Kong) Shipping appoints Liu Hui as executive director and GM

CSSC (Hong Kong) Shipping Company Limited announced the appointment of Liu Hui as an executive director and general manager, effective September 25, 2025. Liu, 44, will also join the strategic and investment committee and the ESG and sustainable development committee.

He brings a wealth of experience from the shipping industry, having previously served in various management roles at Guangzhou Wenchong Shipyard Co., Ltd., CSSC Huangpu Wenchong Shipbuilding Company Limited, Guangzhou Shipyard International Company Limited, and CSSC Cruise Technology Development Co., Ltd.

Liu holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of South China (2004) and a master's degree in accounting from Jinan University (2012). His service agreement with the company is for a three-year term, subject to retirement by rotation. He will receive an annual basic salary of HK$437,723, along with a discretionary bonus.

As of the announcement date, Liu has no other directorships in public companies, no other positions within the group, no relationships with directors or major shareholders, and no interests in the company's shares.
