Shandong Hi-Speed New Energy schedules EGM for key EPC contract vote

Shandong Hi-Speed New Energy Group Limited (HKEX:1250) has announced an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) to be held on Thursday, 16 October 2025, at 3:00 p.m. in Hong Kong. The primary agenda for the EGM is to seek shareholder approval for an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) Contract dated 13 September 2025. This contract was established between Heze SH Energy, China Energy Engineering No. 2 Construction Co, and Zhengchen Technology.

The resolution also seeks authorization for the company’s directors to execute all necessary documents and actions to facilitate the EPC Contract and its related transactions. Shareholders appearing on the register by Friday, 10 October 2025, will be eligible to attend and vote. The company has also issued a proxy form for shareholders unable to attend in person, with a submission deadline 48 hours before the meeting.

The board of directors includes executive directors Mr. Li Tianzhang, Mr. Zhu Jianbiao, Mr. Wang Wenbo, Mr. Liu Zhijie, Ms. Liao Jianrong, Mr. Li Li, and Mr. Wang Meng, alongside independent non-executive directors professor Qin Si Zhao, Mr. Victor Huang, Mr. Yang Xiangliang, and Mr. Chiu Kung Chik.
