Shandong Hi-Speed New Energy reports stable H1 2025 performance

Shandong Hi-Speed New Energy Group Limited reported revenue of 2,399.6 million yuan for the first six months of 2025, a slight decrease of 0.2% compared to the previous year. Electricity sales revenue, however, increased by 0.7% to 2,028.8 million yuan. Gross profit saw a 1.7% year-on-year decrease, reaching 1,203.5 million yuan, with the gross profit margin declining to 50.2%. Profit for the period rose by 6.5% to 392.8 million yuan, and profit attributable to equity holders increased by 4.0% to 286.8 million yuan. Basic earnings per share were 12.77 cents.

Total assets stood at 49,528.6 million yuan as of June 30, 2025, with total liabilities at 29,799.6 million yuan, resulting in net assets of 19,729.0 million yuan. The group’s aggregate operating power generation increased by 6.9% to 3,674,408 MWh. Centralised photovoltaic power capacity reached 2,603 MW, while wind power capacity was 1,176 MW.

During the period, capital expenditures totaled 638.1 million yuan. Cash and cash equivalents increased by 477.3 million yuan to 4,122.9 million yuan. The board did not recommend an interim dividend for the six months ended June 30, 2025.
