Asiainfo Technologies partners with Alibaba Cloud for AI capabilities

Asiainfo Technologies Limited, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Asiainfo Technologies (China), Inc., has entered into a cooperation agreement with Alibaba Cloud (Beijing) Technologies Co., Ltd. Under this agreement, Asiainfo Technologies will serve as a cloud computing project delivery capability center for Alibaba Cloud, reflecting high recognition of its expertise in AI large model application delivery.

The partnership aims to strengthen the Group's core competitiveness in cloud computing delivery by leveraging deep learning and large language model generation to optimize traditional application development. Asiainfo Technologies will provide Alibaba Cloud's clients with high-quality, resilient, and cost-efficient cloud delivery capabilities. Both parties plan to collaborate on joint research and development across multiple areas, including the Tongyi Qianwen large model, AI integrated machines, and AI large model security solutions.

This strategic collaboration is expected to create new growth opportunities for Asiainfo Technologies by expanding into new business areas, such as the delivery of AI large models. The board believes this mutually beneficial cooperation aligns with the interests of the Group and its shareholders.
