XD Inc. expands issued capital through share option exercises

XD Inc. announced several increases in its issued ordinary share capital through the exercise of share options granted under its June 25, 2021 plan. On September 19, 2025, the company issued a total of 2,591 new shares (80 at HK$16.72 and 2,511 at HK$37.01), raising the total issued shares to 494,510,522. The opening balance on September 18, 2025, was 494,507,922 shares.

Further issuances occurred on September 23, 2025, adding 13,039 new ordinary shares. These transactions brought the total issued shares to 494,560,114 by the closing balance date of September 23, 2025.
