XD Inc. (HKEX:2400) reported an increase in its issued ordinary shares on September 23, 2025, driven by the exercise of share options granted under the company's share option plan adopted on June 25, 2021. The total number of issued shares rose to 494,560,114 from an opening balance of 494,545,922 on September 22, 2025, reflecting a net increase of 14,192 shares.

Eleven distinct events contributed to this expansion, each involving the issue of new ordinary shares to eligible participants at varying prices. The issue prices ranged from HK$9.31 to HK$62.6 per share, depending on the specific option exercise. For example, the largest single issue involved 4,824 shares at HK$46.9, while another saw 3,213 shares issued at HK$25.04.

These changes were part of the company's share award or option schemes, with all new shares issued to participants who are not directors of the issuer.
