Linklogis details active share repurchase program in September

Linklogis Inc. (HKEX:9959) reported a series of share repurchases for cancellation from September 1 to September 23, 2025. The company's opening balance of issued shares as of September 22, 2025, stood at 1,886,295,121 WVR ordinary shares, which remained unchanged as repurchased shares are yet to be cancelled.

On September 23, 2025, Linklogis repurchased 2,310,000 WVR ordinary shares on the Exchange. These shares were bought at prices ranging from HK$3.14 to HK$3.5, with an aggregate price paid of HK$7,477,300. This brings the total number of shares repurchased for cancellation to 27,385,000 since the mandate was granted on June 17, 2025.

The total number of shares authorized for repurchase under the mandate is 213,653,494, meaning the repurchases represent 1.2817% of the issued shares as at the date the resolution was granted. The moratorium period for new share issues or treasury share sales following these repurchases extends until October 23, 2025.
