Zhaobangji Lifestyle proposes company name change to Seven Elements Investment

Zhaobangji Lifestyle Holdings Limited has announced a proposed change of its company name to "Seven Elements Investment Holdings Limited." This rebranding aims to provide a more defined corporate image and identity, which the board believes will benefit the company's future business development and is in the best interests of the company and its shareholders.

The proposed name change is conditional upon shareholder approval via a special resolution at an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) and approval from the Registrar of Companies in the Cayman Islands. The EGM is scheduled for Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. in Hong Kong.

Existing share certificates will remain valid for trading and settlement purposes, and no exchange of certificates will be arranged. New share certificates issued after the effective date will bear the new company name. The change will not impact the group's daily business operations or financial position.
