Wasion Holdings secures significant State Grid tender contracts

Wasion Holdings Limited, through its subsidiaries, has secured considerable contracts in the second tender for metering equipment by the State Grid Corporation of China on September 19, 2025. Wasion Group Limited won contracts for approximately 487,000 units of smart meters and low-voltage current transformers, valued at RMB97.48 million.

Additionally, Willfar Information Technology Company Limited, another subsidiary, was awarded contracts for around 37,000 units of intelligent fusion terminals and special transformer data collection terminals, totaling RMB67.96 million. Wasion Holdings ranked first in terms of the total contract sum secured in this specific tender.

As of the announcement date, Wasion Holdings' total accumulated contract value from State Grid's centralized bidding in 2025 stands at approximately RMB397.98 million. The announcement was made by order of the board, with directors accepting responsibility for its accuracy.
