Huatai Securities updates articles of association, registered capital after share cancellation

Huatai Securities Co. (HTSC) completed the cancellation of 438,495 A shares as of September 11, 2025. This action reduced the company's registered capital from RMB9,027.302281 million to RMB9,026.863786 million, reflecting a repurchase and cancellation of part of the restricted A shares under its share incentive scheme.

Concurrently with the capital reduction, HTSC also finalized amendments to its articles of association, filed with the Jiangsu Provincial Administration for Market Regulation. Article 6 and Article 22 of the articles of association were updated to reflect the new registered capital and revised total number of issued ordinary shares.

The total issued ordinary shares of the company are now 9,026,863,786 shares, comprising 7,307,818,106 RMB ordinary shares and 1,719,045,680 overseas listed foreign shares.
