Huadian Power finalizes capital increase for Jinsha river project

This agreement pertains to a connected transaction for a capital increase in Huadian Jinsha River. The connected transaction was considered and approved by Huadian Power's board of directors on August 28, 2025. Independent directors of the company also convened a special meeting to review the transaction and expressed their consent.
