APAC Resources postpones board meeting due to weather concerns

APAC Resources Limited announced the postponement of its board of directors meeting, initially scheduled for Wednesday, September 24, 2025, to Friday, September 26, 2025. The decision was made due to the possible risk of deteriorating weather conditions in Hong Kong at the originally planned time.

The primary purpose of the board meeting is to approve the final results of the company and its subsidiaries for the year ended June 30, 2025, and to consider the payment of a dividend. All resolutions intended for discussion at the original meeting will remain unchanged and will be proposed at the rescheduled meeting.

As of the announcement date, the company's executive director is Andrew Ferguson (chief executive officer). Non-executive directors include Arthur George Dew (chairman), Lee Seng Hui, and Lam Lin Chu, with Wong Tai Chun, Mark serving as an alternate to Mr. Dew. Independent non-executive directors are Dr. Wong Wing Kuen, Albert, Wang Hongqian, and Kelvin Chau Kwok Wing.
